Description: The xTAG Oligo Design Application can be used to prepare orders for tagged gene specific oligonucleotides (GSOs) and their respective Universal Array beads. After entering the GSO sequences into the form, xTAG Oligo Design Application will tag the GSOs using a proprietary algorithm. Tagged GSOs are the key component of the Universal Array assay system which provides a flexible, high-throughput, cost-efficient solution to genotyping and gene expression assays.
